It all began when Danny Schwandt, at age thirteen, started mowing grass for a neighbor in the Viewmont area of Hickory, North Carolina. Little did Danny know that this small job would lead to a future in the landscaping industry.

By 2001, at the age of 16, Danny officially established a lawn maintenance company known as Danny's Lawn Service. While continuing to serve his clients, he entered Lenoir Rhyne University with a vision toward the future expansion of his company. To that end, he earned a business management and accounting degree. Danny's years of experience in lawn maintenance, along with his excellent management skills, have resulted in a successful company that is continually growing and expanding.
